Band 2 availability in Europe

Where can I see the Band 2 availability? And if it isn't (going to be) available in my country (Finland) can I just order it from Amazon UK or similar, or is there some sort of restrictions/limitations I should be aware of?

I don't see it available on Finnish site, but you can call this free number and check it out: 0800 523 121

As far as i can see, Amazon UK will deliver you your Band, but it will cost you. Here's what their site says.
