How to turn off SMS voice notifications?

Lumia 1020, Windows 10 insider preview---

On Windows 8.x, you could go into the speech settings and turn off voice notifications.

I don't see that option for Windows 10 and it's really annoying when it cuts off your music to tell you that you have an SMS message, and asks me if I want to ignore or respond.

I have enough complications in my life. I don't need one more.

Anyone know how to turn off this feature in Windows Phone 10?

Yes very annoying. The settings have been moved to the notebook section of Cortana. 1) open Cortana, 2) Hamburger Menu, 3) Notebook, 4) Settings, 5) scroll half way to the bottom.
