Is the camera lens of the Lumia 950 scratch resistant?

Due to the protruding camera, I am concerned about scratching the Lumia 950 camera lens when placing the phone down, face-up. I have read that other smartphones with protruding cameras supposedly have sapphire lenses, which are durable. Is this the case with the Lumia 950? Is the lens scratch resistant?

get a cover for the device but it should scratch the lens
