Is left Alt button a bug?

Hi,

I have surface pro 3 i7 and a surface-pro-4-type-cover.
I notice that when I change between windows by pressing Alt+Tab, the Alt button is still on on pressing condition even though I have stop pressing it. Therefore, when I press E, it is actually Alt+E.

I have to fix the problem by press Alt button 2 times.

the keys might be getting stuck. I have the same problem with the space bar on surface 3 cover. it takes a second to rise back up
