I cannot open microsoft solitaire collection.

A free version of program is installed. I have only been able to open it once since converting computer from Windows 8 to Windows 10.

I don't play it, but it seems to open fine on my Windows 10 PC.

I'd say try uninstalling the app, then reinstall it in the Windows Store.

Simply hold down, or right click, the Solitare tile -> Uninstall. Then open the Windows Store app -> Search for the Microsoft Solitaire Collection -> Install.
