Lost laptop Windows 10 password

Lost laptop, Windows 10, password enabled, not encrypted. How easy is it for someone to get to the information within the laptop?

For anyone with some tech sense, not very hard at all without encryption enabled.

The guy will have to take out the hard disk, attach it to another pc and copy anything from your drive.
