Can I turn on auto rotation on my Lumia 635?

I have just purchased a 635. The dealer told me I could turn this feature on or off through the Settings menu but I can see any way of doing this. Can anyone enlighten me?

Swipe down from the top of the screen and you should see rotation lock.
When highlighted in blue the rotation lock is on and black when off.

Settings -> display -> Rotation lock

On windows 8.1
Settings -> screen rotation
