Uninstalled app on WP10 phone. Can't reinstall as phone says it's already installed.

Had Twitter app that showed up in a "Pending" state. Soft reset, hard reset didn't fix it. So I uninstalled the app and went to app store to reinstall. I don't have the option to install because it says the app is already installed. The app doesn't show up in StorageSense on the phone or my SD card. Why can't I reinstall the app?

Just another thing wrong on WP10 mobile OS.... just a garbage mobile OS. I've been a huge advocate of WP in the past, but WP10 has me wanting to go back to an iPhone.

You just have to manually close the store or reboot

Just reboot ur phone or soft reset and u can install the app again.
