My Surface Pro 3 does not keep correct date/time.

I have had my SP3 W10 just a few days. Whenever I start it up the time and sometimes the date are wrong, not the 00:00:00 Jan 1st 1980 type of wrong but it's as if when the tablet shuts down the clock stops. I have set it to use time updates from both available time servers and I have set it manually but the problem persists. Can anyone advise please?

Go to the Start screen

Swipe from the right side to pull up the charms bar

Press Settings

Change PC settings

General

Now pick your time zone
