There's far too much information on there for me to type it all out.

Just make sure before you do this that there's nothing on the other partitions you want to keep. It's very easy to make mistakes...

Alternately I like booting into SystemRescueCD and using GParted for all my partition manipulations. SystemRescueCd

YMMV, but I prefer it over the built in partition manager.

As N_LaRUE said. But also recommend a freeware AOMEI Partition Assistant here.
Because when using Windows built-in Disk Management there're some limitations. Like if you want to increase the size of C drive, you can only use the unallocated space next to it and just on the right side.
