I'm a college kid. Can someone tell me how to restore my computer's documents and pictures? This is beyond annoying for a more complicated system, even if it "looks" better.
So my laptop restarted and the download took like over an hour, and when it came back it *said* "all files are exactly where you left them" for like 5 min... aaaand nothing is on my desktop and idk how to find pics or the many word docs i had. When looking at This PC & C:drive I think they're somewhere in there, but how do I get them all (I don't recall all their names). Right clicking shows an option to "restore previous version" but I'm nervous it won't fix it and just erase it.
