Cortana notepad

[Windows Central Question]

I own a -Nokia lumia 930 update- and i want to use Cortana. Mine problem now i see no Cortana notepad on mine phone so i can not us Cortana. Can someone say if i can update mine Nokia phone for a full version for Cortana.

Mine country is the Netherlands

I don't think Cortana is available in the Netherlands.
You would have to change your region and language on your phone to a region that it is available e.g. US or UK.

Note that Region, Language and Speech all need specific matching settings.

Does not work mine phone knows where i live and the region where i live does not support Cortana with notepad and thinks like that. I only can ask her something and Cortana looks on the website. Mine country Netherlands does not support Cortana like other countries what i don't like. I like Windows phone very much and it is mine first one i also like Windows central now it is easy when you need help. Maybe Windows can do something for me and mine phone:CORTANA
