Installed win. 10 from win. 7 and lost all my pictures. How can I get them back?

Lost my pictures when I installed Win. 10 from Win. 7.

You cannot. During the Windows 10 upgrade process it clearly asks you 2 things
1) Keep your files or delete them
2) Keep you files in other partitions or delete them

If you might have just clicked next..next before reading them then its too late now.
