Windows 10 update got stuck in 92%, what should I do?

Windows Central Question

It has been about 4 hours since the update got stuck in 92% what can I do?

Let it finish. If on the PC a reboot won't break anything but restart the process again. On a phone it might make the phone unusable until restore using Windows Device Recovery Tool.
