Audio driver update went horrible wrong

Hello

The latest version of Realtek HD audio didn't do my laptop any good. I resolved the problem by system restore. But this driver made my mic hyper sensitivity. At first I thought it was the speakers. Because a very loud noise was transmitted. (like when holding mic close to a speaker) But later with headphone on I could hear the heads of the HDD moving through my headphones. So I scratched the surface where the mic was and that sound was heard also through the headphones. Note I didn't change anything in settings. And the really weird part was when turning off the mic it still recorded sound at hyper sensitivity. What happened here? The driver passed the WQHL testing so that would be a problem?

My Realtek barely works with 10. Often distorts, crackels.

You Tube is horrible and I've tried everything in settings and browsers.
