Need to remove a local user or do a Factory Reset

Hi all
I have bought a Time2Touch G881A 8" Intel Quadcore Windows 8.1 Tablet PC at auction and it contains a local user account protected by a password.

Can someone tell me the procedure to remove the local account or, if that is not possible, how to reset the system to is factory default.

Everything I have found so far requires a reset disk, a keyboard or refers to laptops.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I want to give the tablet to my daughter as a present.

To reset you need a bootable disk or usb drive (8gb).

The password can be changed by booting your laptop from Windows 8 install DVD:
Reset Windows 8/7 Password without Any Reset Disk

If you want to perform a factory reset, hold down the SHIFT key and click the Power icon at the login screen and select "Restart", you can then access the "Reset your PC" option:

When the issue is now solved, an update would be appreciated.
