Why is my store app not opening?

Every time I tap to open the store it opens and then closes immediately. It's been doing this for about a week and won't stop. I have the 950

Dear Guest,

i am sorry you are experiencing the above. please try hard resetting the phone.
go to phone settings-systems- about- reset your phone. This resolves most of the issues. However, this resets the phone to factory settings.

Remember to backup your important data/ music stored on phone memory as not all personal data gets restored . Thank you.
