Why are my Lumia 640XL Camera Captures blurry, noisy and shady while the preview looks good?

I am experiencing this problem with both, the front camera and the main camera. The living images preview and normal view from the camera is good. But as soon as I press the capture button, the result is awful. In the living image, the initial part is good and the part when the image is captured is again the same shady, dark and blurry, like taken from a 2MP camera.

Try taking the picture with out living images enabled. Living images ruins the picture in a indoor environment. Outdoor its ok to have living images on...
