I have a Nokia Lumia 710 phone running Windows 7

you dont have access to internet, thats why... may be your apn is set to automatically. if not, may be you dont have a strong connection. try reboot the phone take out the sim and leave it switched off for like 5 min. then restart it again and see...

Hi, I am getting the error code: 0x80072efd on my Lumia 830 (10586.71) only for my uni email. All other email accounts works perfectly. What happens is that out of now where my uni email stops syncing and when I try to manually sync I get this error. After a day or so, it start to sync my email as normal. I had this issue in the previous build as well. Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
