Well, my lumia 950 display was broken by simple drop from my job desk, also it's front camera damaged because of it (1st in my live that my phone broken simply because drop off), and it cost me about US$ 200.
the worst is that at customer service site, they required me to sign statement that Microsoft doesn't responsible if because of the service the phone become worsen (aww... it's my first time also to find such awful service site).
After the service, microsot accidentally attach some glue in my phone back cover that can't be removed. guess what microsoft tell me... they say it's out of their responsibility.
Awww...... i'm very disappointed, it's really really bad idea to be microsoft mobile fan and user
