Why can't I update my phone to Windows Phone 10?

Why I can't update my phone to Windows phone 10 ?

I downloaded Windows Insider from Store. I opened Windows Insider and I logged in.
I try to get Insider Fast . I Press on it and then it reboot .My device rebooted and then I opened Setting>Phone Update and I pressed on Check for updates and nothing happens .. and then it said your phone is up to date and same thing nothing happens .. Please help me !

Verify your date time settings and time zone... If they are out of sync your device cannot communicate correctly with servers.
