Question about Lumia 950XL free giveaway

i entered the contest and got confirmation email but after clearing browser history (i am using google chrome browser) it shows me as logged out with 0 entries. Do i need to enter the contest again and keep logged in till the contest is over

Nope. But you could log back in to verify your entries status. Trust me, our Contest Coordinator (among many other hats), Michelle Haag has you covered. She's been doing this awhile now.
