After installing windows device recovery tool, open it and follow instructions on recovering your phone

last option is to get a software called nokia software updater 4.3.2 and use that to recover. This is similar to windows device recovery tool

Same issue here. Already waiting a year to have the phone working and still nothing. The latest version doesn't detect the Lumia 620 nor 625 nor Lumia 520.

Any suggestions?
