Anyone with a 950 having issues skipping tracks with headphone button?

I have a set of Nokia Lumia 1020 headphones with a single button. Double tap used to skip tracks. On my 950 this doesn't skip tracks, it just pauses. I noticed if you are super quick it works but mostly it takes the double click as a single click. Very, very frustrating. I tried this on two pairs with exactly the same result. This doesn't happen on my 1020 with the .71. Anybody experiencing this?

For me on L950, all my Earphones or Headphones with single button for Answer/Play/Pause works perfectly with double push for next track and triple for backwards.

It would appear that triple click skips tracks forward now (at least for me). Honestly I don't know....:eck:
