HP Stream 11 stuck on Windows Restarting screen

After restarting my HP Stream 11 it's stuck on the Windows Restarting screen & the Power Button won't respond. Is there a way to force it to Re-boot or Power down or am I going to have to wait for the Battery to drain, I've only had it since Tuesday so don't want to have to take the bottom off to try and sort it just in case I've got to return it to the retailer where I got it from?

It sorted its self out the day after writing this post. Once the battery drained it started working fine & has been that way ever since.
