Why does w10 work better on my 640xl than my wifes 950..?

So my wife is literally at the end of her rope with this phone. She is on her 2nd one and every build that I have she tries her phone crashes/reboots and sometimes is unresponsive. I have wiped her phone and only installed a few apps (way less than mine). Should I do another warranty replacement on this device or does anyone with a 950 working great have any tips.

I'd go warranty replacement since functioning 950's DO exist.
