Hello! Just getting used to the phone (Lumia 640 xl dual sim) and discovered a folder for file, music even comics that cannot be read yet take up a growing amount of space on the phone.
I can't empty the space, can't delete the folder or touch it. Tried connecting to the PC to get at it but the same folder remains invisible. Was this part of the plans for windows phones?
Starting to feel quite uncomfortable about buying this phone. Rather getting confused that files like my comics cant be opened routinely and now this...HELP!!

keeps getting bigger. Now the W10M is around every available space that can be squeezed out of the phone for the download would be a blessing.
under 8.1 it was a folder the system used for data or other things it couldn't categorize
