How to use Internet Explorer as my search engine

I now use the chrome search engine but to use a particular web site I was advised to use Internet Explorer. The E with the yellow circle around it. How can I get this back on my laptop?

If you are using Windows 10, search in the start menu as 'internet explorer'. It will be shown as desktop app. Click on it to open the same and you are good to go.
