how to install office 365 in lumina 730 mobile

finding difficult to install office 365 in my lumina 730 mobile.it says some thing went wrong

You don't install Office 365, just the apps (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
If you are having issues opening them, try uninstalling and then reinstalling.

The office apps come built in. You can't uninstall them. Just use them.

Hi, you can uninstall them from the apps list.
I have had to this a couple of times.

I go to the apps list, hold down on 'Office', and only have the option to pin. This is true on both the 820 and 930.

Could you be talking about a W10 device? Remember, the OP is using a W8 device which does not work in the same way with Office.

Yes I'm using a 930 with W10 and yes you are right about office on wp8. The OP didn't mention what os they were running and I guess I just assumed due to the details of the error.
