Any way to disable Outlook Calendar notifications?

Seems like the answer is probably Nope, but - Is there any way to turn off reminders/notifications from the Office 2016 Outlook Calendar? I'm getting bombarded. I have notifications from the calendar app because they look so much nicer and are generally less intrusive. I still want email banners from Outlook, just no calendar reminders.

Right now I get two sets of calendar reminders on the computer, then the phone reminder, then the Band reminder. It's a bit over the top.

You can tailor individual events through the calendar (notifications, alerts, reoccurrences, ect.) but must first be the person to have created said event, or have privileges.

On phone 8.1 and 10 you can set the reminder to 'no reminder' same thing with earlier Outlook PC calendars and the calendar at outlook.com. I would venture to guess you can do the same with your outlook
