Have had message to say my lap top and apps etc are compatible with windows 10. Have tried to download, but this has been running for 3+ hours. Info indicates it should take between 20 mins to 1 hour. Am I doing something wrong.

At which part are you stuck precisely? Is the device updating currently? you should see % on the screen which indicates how far along you are and there are three stages to every update. It doesn't necessarily take just 20 minutes
