Windows Central Question

I try to view my pictures from my Lumia 950 XL on the Windows 10 Photos app but they are all still images. I swear I saw that they synced and could be viewed as Living images also in Windows 10. Anyone know how this works, or if it even possible?

My Living Images are automatically uploaded from my phone to OneDrive. All I have to do is open the OneDrive location in File Explorer on my laptop and view the photos with Microsoft Photos and they display fine. No extra steps required.

Sounds good and all, but in order for that to work in W10, you'd have to sync that folder for offline use, unless you map out that network drive hack that is "stickied" to the Windows 10 forum

I haven't done either of those. I just opened my File Explorer and clicked on the OneDrive quick link on the left hand side. Browsed to the photos directory and opened the image file that I wanted to see.
