My download is stuck with starting to download why??

my download is stuck with "starting to download" why??

my PC is stuck with "starting to download for two hours............ Can i know why and is there a solution for this so i could download windows 10 easily........... my RAM is 4GB....... my internet pack is fast and good....... its 3g.......... and my system has hell lot of space........!!!!!!!!!!!!
