Does Tablet mode in Win10 help the battery in anyway?

I'm gunna be on a super long flight and I was wondering if tablet mode does anything to help battery life. I didn't know if maybe it turned off some processes or background stuff that made it more efficient to use. I'm gunna have battery saver on and airplane mode off, but I was curious if tablet mode being on would matter or not.

I don't think so, it's mostly just UI changes to be tablet friendly.
