Can you use keys to answer calls on the Lumia 950XL

i am parially sighted and am struggling to answer call using the screen prompts. Is there any way to assign a key to answer/end calls?

Unfortunately, no. There is no way to hotkey one of the hardware buttons to answer or terminate calls.

I would suggest going into the Display settings on the phone and make sure that the slider that says "Size of text, apps, and items on this display" is to the max setting. That should make everything on your phone larger.
