How do I change my window live account to a new computer so that I can send and receive emails?

I recently got a new computer and I want be able to send and receive emails on the new computer, but with the same email address. I typed in all of the server information and it tells me that I have to sign out of the window live mail account. I am trying to figure out how to do this
