Tubecast won't let me cast after new install. I only get 'buy' option. I want to try!

Having installed the trial version of Tubecast every video I try to cast just brings up the ' you have made all your casts' dialogue meaning I do not get an opportunity to trial the app. Anyone had this or got any ideas to help? Responses by email from the developer are arrogant bordering on rude ' maybe someone took your smartphone', 'you also may forgot you used it', etc.
