Hi. after device recovery my all contacts gone. Can I recover them somehow?

after phone update had a problems with calls,messaging and other apps on my phone. did device recovery and after that all apps works fine but all my contacts gone

Assuming you're using WP8.1, do the following.
Open people and tap the ... in the bottom right. From here, select Add an account. Now connect all the accounts like Microsoft, Google, Linkedin etc. that were connected before you did the recovery.
