SD card failing over and over again

Hello I have problems with my SD card. It always works after format to exFAT but after few days I cant install apps on that, cant play music from that (music is getting paused, but i cant play song again and phone tells me that its not possible to play this file). I tried everything, format and complete reset of the phone, but its always the same scenario. Is there anyone who is sorting out or already sorted out similar problem?

Probably a failing card. I'd buy a new one from a reputable source (i.e. not ebay etc) and see if that fixes the issues.
