One profile on my workstation has transparency enabled to the point that no windows are possible to be viewed following sign in. The other profile is perfectly fine. Please help me!

press Windows Key + i
That will take you to settings. Click on Personalization>Colors.
Scroll down and it says to Make start, action etc transparent. Click off on that.
May be some issue with your drivers. You could also see if toggling it back on fixes it.
