I want to install Windows phone 10

[Windows Central Question]

i wana install windows 10 insider fresh clean
i have windows 8.1 now but i want to clean it up and do a fresh/new install of windows phone 10
i will do it for my : lumia 640 xl and lumia 920
which insider is good to use ( fast / slow / insider release preview)
i wana use it for daily usage please sugguest guys and give me a link or way to fresh update it

Use the slow ring
And hard reset after the update
Go to the insider website and join the program
Install the insider app on your phone
And chose slow ring.
The app will reboot your phone and you can download the update unde settings > phone updates
