Lumia 640-Error:only 3/4 of people directory

We have two lumias. The 640 has an error in the people directory that the 635 does not: In the 640 nothing displays after "S". All is good with the 635, so I don't believe the problem is in my Outlook account that syncs. Both Outlook and 635 show a complete listing. The 640 does not. Any idea how to fix the incomplete people directory in the 640?

Are you sure it's just missing after S, or it it filtering contacts i.e. Skype or those without a phone number?
