Twitter for Windows phone 8.1

For the last few days,my Twitter has been crashing and messages disappearing while I can't still see them using the web.
Anyone facing the same issue?

Are you using the stock twitter app? Consider using a 3rd party version to test if the issue still persists.. Also simply uninstalling/reinstalling might help
