Lenovo laptop doesn't boot up everything after latest windows 10 update

Today I received an update on my laptop, and after it was done, I signed in and it shows as it is running in tablet mode, but I cannot access anything. I don't know if this is a bug, or if it somehow didn't install properly. I have already tried restarting it, but don't know where to go from there! Any help is great! Thanks
