Downloaed csv files from website no longer formatting properly since windows 10

We have invoices that we download from our website application. They are formatted using HTML tables and cell borders along with paging. Since the windows 10 upgrade to our machines the cell borders are not longer appearing when we open them in excel. Any ideas on how to correct this?

When you open a CSV file in Excel, you can choose the delimiter (space, commas, tabs, new lines or whatever). It's possible that Excel lost whatever default you were using to delimit the CSV file.

Instead of double-clicking the CSV file to open it in Excel, try going to the DATA tab, under the section Get External Data, choose From Text, then select the CSV file that you downloaded from the website, and then you can choose the delimiting function that will get the file you need.
