I've upgraded to W10M, and after a few discoveries (not really sure if the OS is enough good or not...), I found that I can't change contacts toggles in the Privacy part of the Settings app, they are all grey (disabled button). It's quitly embarassing because they are set on "off", so Outlook apps and many other can't access to my contacts (and don't work properly).
More details : Lumia 830, Windows 10.0.10586.107, firmware 02177.00000.14184.36007, French/France (updated from an up-to-date WP8.1 a few hours ago). I've already rebooted and checked for updates.
