Can't roll back to 8.1 on my Lumia 540

I own a Lumia 540 mobile phone.I recently updated my phone with windows 10 TP,but when I tried to roll back to windows 8.1,recovery tool can't find my phone. I tried rebooting.nothing happened. How can I fix this ?

try using nokia software updater 4.3.2 to restore your phone
