Phonebook and people hub not working, how can I get it working?

phonebook and people hub not working

After build 14291, I can not access my phonebook, pined people tile stop working and does not show people picture as well as would not open/run. Does anyone has this issue on 950xl ? I was wondering if their is a work around it? I need my phonebook (contacts) to use the phone.

Hello,

Please try soft reset ( press and hold volume down+power button simultaneously for 15 seconds, phone will reboot ).
Can you open these apps from the app list on your phone?
If yes, remove tiles from home screen and add again.
If that will not help you might need to try factory reset.
