unable to update windows denim 8.1 denim to windows 10 with mobile 3g data?

how do i update my windows 8.1denim to 10 over 3g mobile data? i already tried soft reset and hard reset and even tried changing my account... is there need for any change in setting? if yes then please help me. i hAd already tried to make some changes to data sense- like- making it unlimited,unset and even tried 9999gb for one day.. dindt worked for me yet.... please help.... i am living alone so i had no chance to make another phone a hotspot and i even dont has an dongle... please help plzzzzzz

No, it will not work. There's a limit set by MS downloading over 3G data pack, you'll need wifi. Nonetheless, you can create hotspots and connect to it. OS image is around 1.5-2.5GB.
