Apps on windows mobile 10

Bing apps on win mobile 10 are horrible. On win phone 8.1 all the apps were running satisfactorily but win 10 mobile they look like web apps and not like mobile apps. They need more data to load up their content as if they are loading full web based content. MSN apps particularly are horrible in this regard. And I don't see any.. you know.. miraculous feature in win 10 mobile which could place it way ahead of win 8.1 mobile os....

you can always roll back to wp 8.1 using Windows device recovery tool if you are not satisfied by the current performance of windows 10.

I don't want to roll back. I just want to know whether apps and over all OS will get refinement and revamp in next update? And when will call record feature be available to us?
